These condominiums are located in the highly sought after Coast Guard Rd area

Emerald Isle homes for sale shows that four properties were put under contract to be sold in Emerald Isle NC during the week of March 31, 2013 to April 6, 2013.  Homes for sale in Emerald Isle NC also shows that eight properties were sold and closed in Emerald Isle NC during that week.  Homes for sale in Emerald Isle NC shows that of the four properties that were put under contract to be sold in Emerald Isle NC were located in Point Emerald Villas, one was located in Spinnakers Reach Subdivision, one was located in Dearhorne Dunes subdivision, and the last was located in Emerald Isle NC general city limits.  Emerald Isle homes for sale shows that of the eight properies sold and closed one was located in Emerald Cove Condos, one was located in the Islander Suites, one was located in Archers Point subdivision, one was located in Sound of the Sea, one was located in Surf Landing Cove subdivision, and three were located in Emerald Isle NC general city limits.
